Disclaimer and Artist's Agreements
Please pack your work
carefully in reusable materials. Avoid styrofoam "peanuts" if possible.
Your signature on the Entry card constitutes agreement by
the entrant to the following terms:
That there shall be NO LIABILITY on the part of the Gallery
and or their officers, members, employees or partners, for loss,
damage or destruction of any art works during the stated calendar
period including transportation if required. Insurance is the
responsibility of the participating artist.
That return postage MUST accompany accepted works. If the work is
received and no return postage is included, a $15.00 handling fee for
transportation and labor costs will be required, along with the return
postage. This condition is implemented without exception.
That the
artist is wholly responsible for the return of their work. If work does
not include return shipping or is not retrieved within 60 days from the
end of the show in question, Island Ford Art reserves the right to sell or auction
the work to reclaim storage space and to recover costs.
